I had a great stay at this hotel and there were several positive aspects that stood out to me. the hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices for the quality provided. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel is located at the top of a steep hill, providing a beautiful view of an open market. Lastly, I was pleased with the basic amenities in the room, including the almost non-functioning air conditioning unit and the comfortable large bed. Moreover, the breakfast included in the stay was excellent, providing a wide variety of delicious options.
All was good during my stay.

Comfortable beds, clean linen, 24-hour lobby, nice shower/bathroom, lovely breakfast. Spacious rooms with large bathroom and shower. Good breakfast and snack menu in the bar. Helpful reception and housekeeping staff. Convenient location near attractions, metro station, and restaurants. Calm and well-connected area with nearby bus and metro stations. Great city view from balcony.

Great location near underground station, good restaurants, and business centers. Low-cost option close to main tourist spots. Bar open until 1:00 am for late arrivals.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. The pool and location were great. The beds and view were comfortable. The staff was helpful and the hotel had disinfection stations.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and we were pleased to find that soy milk was available.
Despite some negative reviews, we found the hotel to be in good condition and not as bad as described. we had a great trip to Lisbon and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for restaurants and attractions. The breakfast, although basic, was good. there is a garden area nearby where guests can relax and enjoy coffee or beer.
The hotel had a damp smell on the 8th floor, which made the room quite unpleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with itsvery comfy and tidy rooms. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff was great, providing great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the metro and transportation to the old city center. It was also near the Marques de Pombal roundabout and an open market, making it convenient for exploring the city.
